Our Story
Flourish was founded by Katherine Taylor-Jones, who spent 15+ years leading high-growth businesses and watching the same pattern repeat: women-led companies were outperforming expectations, and being underserved by the support available to them.
Katherine built Flourish to close that gap — embedding experienced teams directly into businesses to provide the strategic and operational capacity they need to scale, without the time, cost and risk of traditional solutions.
In 2026, Flourish went further. We became exclusively focused on women-led businesses — and launched the Flourish Futures Foundation, our philanthropic commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs from the very first idea through to commercial viability.
